Casa di Bertacchi Meatballs Review

Mmm, we love meatballs in our family. They are great for an appetizer or a meal. There are so many different recipes that you can make with meatballs too.

Casa di Bertacchi meatballs are sold in large packages at Sam's Club. And a wonderful companion to them meatballs is this cookbook- 101 Things To Do With Meatballs.  We received a copy of this cookbook from the company and rushed off to Sam's Club to buy a big bag of Casa Meatballs.

Taco Salad with meatballs

The cookbook is full of creative and yummy things to make. It has everything in it from basic meatball recipes, such as BBQ meatball appetizers, to interesting concoctions like Blue Cheese Buffalo Balls and Caesar Meatball Kabobs.

We made a few great recipes with the meatballs. I made Taco Salad with meatballs (easier than cooking ground beef/turkey like I usually do), and we had meatball subs.  Mmmm!  Everything we tried was great. I love the recipes, and the meatballs are fantastic. I will definitely purchase these again.
