Do your kids love their jeans so much that they wear holes in them? Got a rough in tumble boy who has holes in the knees of all his pants? Yep, well, that’s just how boys are. They play hard. But that means they are hard on clothes. And who wants to throw away clothes that are otherwise perfectly fine.
I found a company that has a solution for this. Grab A Scab makes these neat little stickers that have fun monster faces. The “scabs” stick to your kids clothes and cover up the holes. They are super sticky and stay on the fabric. Plus you can wash them and wear them like normal, but there are no more holes to worry about.
Grab A Scabs are cute and fun too. Even if you don’t need them to fix pants, you can still stick them on your clothes, bags, etc to decorate and create your own style. There are different styles of scabs available. You can also get allergy scabs to label your child’s things with their allergies. They also offer safety scabs and custom scabs. There are so many options available, I’m sure you’ll find one that suits you.
We used our Scabbie (the big red monster one pictured above) on my son’s pants after he ruined them with scissors. He’s always been so careful with scissors, but he knew we had the scabs and what they were for. So one day when he was working on an art project, he cut the front part of his pants. After I let them sit a few weeks, I finally put a scab on them. I didn’t want to give in right away, because that’s exactly what he wanted. But my frugalness outweighed everything, which is why I eventually used the scab. I can’t stand wasting a pair of pants. We might as well get some use out of them before he outgrows them. The scab was easy to use and it has washed up nicely. We’re very pleased with these products, and I know you will like them too.
