About Me

I am a 30 something woman, wife, and mother. I have been a stay at home mom since 2005. I have two boys. Zachariah was born on March 3, 2006. Then our second blessing Jonah arrived on March 26, 2013. My husband, Matt, and I have been happily married since July 29, 2000. Matt and I were high school sweethearts, and at this point in my life I've been with him longer then without him. I love him more every day, and he is truly my partner in this thing called life.

Some other random things about me. I am a Christian, and I try to make Jesus Christ first in everything I do. I have a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Math. I play piano and a few other instruments (but not as much as I used to).  I enjoy knitting and crochet. I love creating fun things for my boys and others. I also sew and do a few projects here and there with that.

I started blogging years ago, when my first was just a baby. I did it so I could have a little place just for me. I needed some community with other mothers, and I learned very quickly that this was a great way to do that. I started getting into reviews too, then I decided it was time to turn that into a full-blown blog of its own- PS Mom Reviews. I like doing this for the people I meet. That's my favorite part. Getting to try fun new products is great too, but making new friends is even better.

There are so many things that I like to review here. It started with children's DVDs. I still continue to do that, but I also love to find other family friendly products.  Some of my favorite things to review are children's books, other books, movies, children's clothing, women's clothing (especially plus-size things), kids toys, kitchen items, household items, baby products, maternity products, beauty items, food, anything that makes life as a mother easier, and so much more.
