Sister Schubert's Rolls

I had the chance a while back to try Sister Schubert's Rolls. I have seen them in the grocery store, but I have never tried them before now. You can find different varieties of Sister Schubert's Rolls in the freezer section of your store. My store didn't have a lot of variety, but the company makes all different kinds of rolls.

The product: Sister Schubert's makes Parker House Style Rolls, Dinner Yeast Rolls (10-Count Bag), Pre-Baked Wheat Dinner Yeast Rolls, New! Sister Schubert's Soft Pretzel Rolls, New! Sister Schubert's Mini Baguettes, Soft Dinner Rolls, Mini Pan Parker House Style Rolls, Sister Schubert's Soft Multi-Grain Rolls, Sausage Wrap Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls, Orange Rolls, Blueberry Rolls, and Pre-Baked Dinner Yeast Rolls 30ct. That's a whole lotta rolls! As you can see they carry quite a variety of product. They have everything from dinner rolls to sweet rolls.

What we thought: We were supposed to try out the two newest products- Sister Schubert's Soft Pretzel Rolls and Sister Schubert's Min Baguettes, but unfortunately none of the stores I've looked at have them yet. I was a little disappointed, because I think both of those sound so very yummy! I'm still going to look in the frozen bread section when I'm at the store, so I can snag these when they get them.

Instead we tried the Soft Dinner Rolls and Parker House Style Rolls. They were both really easy to bake. The Soft Dinner Rolls come in a resealable bag, so you can just pull out what you need to bake for one meal at a time. With my small family of three they lasted 2-3 meals. These rolls were soft and warm and perfect with any meal.

Then we tried the Parker House Style Rolls. These are pre-baked in a little pan, so you just need to heat them in the oven. They are perfect little rolls, especially with company. We served them with family Easter dinner. Zachariah said they were the best rolls I've ever made. That's quite a compliment to the company, but not really to me. (I don't do well with homemade rolls anyway, so it didn't bother me. He he!)

These were great just like the others. I definitely would recommend either of the types that we tried. And I'm excited to try more of the Sister Schubert's Rolls too!

Where to buy: You can find Sister Schubert's Rolls in the freezer section of your local grocery store. You can use their Product Locator to be sure they have what you want at your store. You can also order a few of their products online.

How to connect: Find out more about Sister Schubert's through their website- http://www.sisterschuberts.com. And you'll find them on Facebook too.
