Chicken Soup: Find Your Happiness

Are you looking for a little inspiration? Maybe you've been a little down and just need a pick-me-up. Or perhaps you need some hope to fulfill your dreams. Whichever the case may be, with Chicken Soup for the Soul: Find Your Happiness you'll find 101 stories about finding your purpose, passion and joy.

The product: The Chicken Soup: Find Your Happiness book is right in line with the other Chicken Soup books that offer wonderful short stories that are very inspiring. The short stories combined into one book makes it easy for anyone to sit down and read this in small doses.
This book is the follow-up to bestselling Chicken Soup for the Soul: Think Positive. Read inspirational true stories about how real people used positive thinking, thankfulness, and good old-fashioned common sense to find their own paths to happiness, pursuing their passions, finding their purpose, and reclaiming the joy in their lives. You'll learn how to:
  • use positive thinking to change your attitude
  •  find the good in every day and count your blessings
  •  listen to your heart and pursue your true passions
  •  find your purpose at work, at play, and through volunteering
  •  find joy in simple pleasures and everyday basics
  •  leave an unfulfilling job and find one with meaning
  •  experience the joy of giving
  •  stop and smell the flowers...and get your carrot!

What I thought: One of my favorite things with the Chicken Soup books, besides their inspiring real life stories from real people, is their short, easy-to-read stories combined in one book.

The very first story in this book is "My Epiphany" by Angela Sayers. It tells about Angela's struggles as a young woman with cancer. But even in the darkest time when she was diagnosed as "terminal", she decided to look to the positive things in life. She was still living life and wanted to treat each day as precious. Wow, the words from this young woman touched my heart. Right away I wanted to know about her. I found that she passed away from her illness last year, and one of her last wishes was to write a book. There is a book of her poetry and journals now. What an amazing thing this young lady did.

There are so many other great storied in this book. Uplifting tales that will leave you feeling good and wondering what you can do and change in your life.

Where to buy: You can buy Chicken Soup: Find Your Happiness in stores and online now.
