What we thought: Barney is a character I've known a long time. And I mean, a loooooong time. I remember my little sisters watching it on PBS every afternoon. I think I was just a little old for it at that time, but I did enjoy watching it with them from time to time. Now I am pleased to introduce my own children to Barney. My son, Zachariah, has been a fan since he was little. He's always like music and dancing, so the Barney videos are perfect for him. Even though he's outgrowing it a little now, I know this new baby will enjoy Barney someday too. It's a good wholesome show that I know is safe to show preschool children in my life.
