Who would have thought there was so much value in improving the tech at my office? My employees had been bugging me for years to upgrade the office but for me it all just seemed like a big waste of money. I hired a neighbor of mine to come in and do some IT work and he gave us all kinds of suggestions for making things better around the office. He talked to us about backing everything up and looking into Business VoIP and even working with an accountant to integrate all our books digitally. I think it’s good that we’re doing this and though I wish it didn’t cost so much but I know that at the end of the day it’s important to realize I’m going to get it all back some way or another, you know? It’s all about being the best boss I can be and for my office that means making it a more pleasant working environment for all of my employees to work in. That’s the goal!
